IQF Blackberries

Production

Blackberries are brought to the Plant and processed Immediately. They are washed, trimmed and sorted. Then, they are IQF freezed and selected in frozen before packing according to each customer’s needs. Each carton passes through metal detector and finally labeled. All the process is made according to the international food requirements of the Food Industry.

Physical characteristics

SIQF Blackberries from DEBS Latin America are 100% natural food, with no additives or preservatives of any kind.

They are fresh, sound and healthy, of uniform black color, tender and smooth texture, sweet smell and flavor, typical from fresh fruit.
