IQF Strawberries

Production

Once the strawberries are harvested, calyx and peduncles are removed, they are taken to the Plant; washed and sorted. Then, they are IQF freezed. Once the strawberries come out, they are calibrated, sorted again and packed according to each customer’s needs. Final product passes through metal detector before being labeled. All the process is made according to the international food requirements of the Food Industry.

Physical characteristics

Strawberries from DEBS Latin America are 100% natural food, with no additives or preservatives of any kind.

IQF Strawberries are fresh, sound and healthy, of red to purple color, tender and smooth texture. Sweet smell and flavor typical from fresh fruit.
